Percival is a lean, muscular build and typically seen wearing a blue button down shirt, a pair of crisp jeans, brown knee high cowboy boots, a brown vest, and a strawhide hat to hide his black hair.

H istory::

Working on his family's ranch for years, Percival eventually got into education after he learned how to ride almost eve pokemon around. Coming to the school, he has done his best to educate the young minds as best he could how to get around the world.
