Reginald has a tendency to be pompous and arrogent. He means well, but can't relate to most people and can be rude at times. He is fiercly competitive, often finding at least one person in anything he does that he has to be better than. Not that he'll pick the weakest looking person, no. He'll pick out the strongest or most skilled person there and compete with them, often without the other person knowing! He wants to make friends, but finds it hard to if he is being himself.

Reginald comes from a very rich family. However, with his desire to become a pokemon trainer, an occupation thought to be detestable and beneath him by the rest of his family, he has been all but disowned. So while the first few years of schooling have all been in private schools, this will be his first time in anywhere that isn't considered an elitist school. And while his parents, aunts and uncles would have nothing to do with him, he may find some assistance from his older brother Johnathon.
